As the module is both web based and includes a hand held interface on Palm, it allows easy asset management for multiple locations. The system maintains issues, returns warranty details and inventory of different assets across organizations.

Depreciation calculation

The system includes depreciation calculator and supports different methods available. The system supports multiple account like income tax, company law or even it could be for multiple countries.
 

Document Management

The system allows maintaining the documents such as invoices, asset pictures and technical manual thus works as a single repository for assets.

Low cost of operation

The system allows defining multiple companies and accounts thus same system could use across group of companies. The Barcode could be printed on ordinary printers also beside the barcode printers.

The software organizer helps in managing different software licensing keys.
